Hello Band/Choir Parent,

   This note is to inform you that we will be having an end of the year performance with our elementary choir and our elementary band at our first ever “Linking Lincoln Music.” This includes fifth and sixth grade students who are in elementary choir, and sixth grade students who are in elementary band. The purpose of this performance is as the name implies: Linking Lincoln Music (LLM). We would like to link our elementary musicians with our high school musicians through LLM. We would like the musicians at our elementary building to see where music at Lincoln can take them in the highest level of performance at the high school. 

On Wednesday, May 25th from 2:00-2:45, the elementary ensembles, both band and choir, will perform with the high school band and choir ensembles. This will take place in the gym at Lincoln Elementary. Parents of elementary band and/or choir students are very warmly welcomed to come and watch their musicians perform with our high school ensembles and help get them excited about where their music journey in our district can take them. 

At the end of the performance, you are welcome to take your elementary students with you to dismiss for the day. Parents can plan on starting to arrive at 1:50 on Wednesday, May 25th and leaving around 2:45. We hope to see you then!
