OPEN ENROLLMENT 2020-2021

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1  - FRIDAY, APRIL 30 (4:00PM)

     Apply on-line at:  https://dpi.wi.gov/open-enrollment/resources/forms or you may request an application from the Dept. of Public Instruction, Box 7841, Madison, WI 53707-7841.  Paper applications must be delivered to the non-resident school district.

     Open enrollment application dates are determined by state law.  Applications submitted before or after these dates cannot be accepted.  If your child is currently open enrolled, you do not need to reapply.
